The above was sent to me by SNC Physics classmate and bench mate,Jaboli......on my last birthday.The other one on the left ,is my Jinu....
We,sat always on the second bench on the right side of the class,If I starts talking about our class,I cant stop myself,it was such a period which I enjoyed a lot..Jaboli always sat on the right end ,as he enjoyed the privilege of a daily late comer  ,then me ,followed by Jinu,Jijo and Navaneeth

നീണ്ടു കിടന്ന വയല്‍ വരമ്പ് ലുടെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ നടന്നു ...കൈത മുള്ളും കൈത ചക്ക യുടെ അസഹ്യ മണവും . അവിടവിടെ ആയി പാമ്പിന്റെ പടം പൊഴിചിരികുനത് കാണാമായിരുന്നു . മഞ്ഞ ചേര യല്ലേ അണ്ണാ?? അവന്‍ ചോദിച്ചു . ഞാന്‍ ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല .  അന്നൊക്കെ ഓണം ത്തിനു മഴയില്ല . ഞങ്ങള്‍ ഓടി പാറി നടക്കും. അപ്പുപ്പന്‍ താടിക്കും മുക്കട്ട പഴതിനുമായി അടി കൂടും. അവള്‍ എനികായി   മന്നപ്പവും,  കറിയും വെച്ച് തരും. കമുനിസ്റ്റ് പച്ചയുടെ ഇലകള്‍ കൊണ്ട്  അവള്‍ കിച്ചടി ഉം , തോരനും വെച്ചു. തെക്കേ തൊടിയില്‍ ലെ കുളത്തിലേക്  ചഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുന്ന കിളിച്ചുണ്ടന്‍ മാവു ഞങ്ങള്ക് എല്ലാമായിരുന്നു . ആ മാവു ഞങ്ങള്ക് ഭക്ഷണവും , കളികനും , കുളികാനും ഒക്കെ ഒരുക്കി തന്നു. അതിന്റെ ചഞ്ഞ കൊമ്പില്‍ നിന്ന് ആരെകളും മുനിലെക് ചടനായി പിനോങ്ങി മുന്നകം ചാടി ഞാന്‍. .........., ആരും എന്നോപ്പം എത്തിയിലെങ്കില്‍ ലോകം കിഴടകിയവനെ പോലെ ഞാന്‍ അവളെ നോക്കും, ആ മാവിന്‍ കൊമ്പില്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ ഊഞ്ഞാല്‍ കെട്ടി. കുളത്തിലെ വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ പരപ്പിനു മേലെ അത് ഞങ്ങളെയും കൊണ്ട്  അമ്പിളി മാമന്റെ അടുത്തേക് എടുത്തു കാണിച്ചു ധരണിയില്‍ ലേക്ക് പിന്ണഞ്ഞു. .    ...
